Hwy.12 bridge near Oakville, WA.
Meet at the take out on Tanner Rd.
Now that the days are longer, let‘s paddle after work! The Tuesday LAP (Local Afternoon Paddle) series will be a standing leader‘s choice trip to rivers near Seattle. Depending on interest, river levels, and particiapant skill level, the Tuesday LAP will range from Class II skills practice on the Powerhouse to Class III+ trips on the Middle Middle, Silly Stilly, and Sky. If the levels can be predicted, we will try to choose a stretch of river by Sunday night and put it in the trip title.
Led by Ann McNally, this women‘s trip will be around the Seward Park area. Unwind at the end of the day with a leisurely paddle with with other women. Please let me know if you either have a tandem canoe and no partner, or if you‘d like a spot in a tandem canoe and we will do our best to make it work.

Steve and Esther Andrews will be presenting about their journey so far in paddling with their kids. There will be something for everyone, including flatwater and whitewater and a variety of paddlecraft and paddling destinations.
A quiet water trip paddling around the Nisqually delta. We will paddle with the tide up McAllister Creek or around the delta depending on conditions, and back to Luhr Beach.
If wind is predicted to be a factor, we will have an alternate paddle as a backup nearby.
