Join me to practice your moving water skills.

There will be no shuttle as we will be practicing on the outflow at the bottom of the rapid. Those who wish can also carry to the top of the slalom gates and paddle down.

For the first hour we will have Daryl with a throw rope below the rapid. If we want to stay after that we can take turns being on-shore safety.

Sorry about the short notice of change, but I will be away on a river at the originally scheduled date.
